EVEN MONTHS, 33 WEST STREET

HAPPY HOUR PERFORMANCES IN BOSTON.

The looser one. Adults playing what they have been working on, with a drink in hand and a room that is there to listen rather than to be impressed.

Runs on even months, always a Friday, doors at 7:00 PM at 33 West Street, Floor 5, in Downtown Crossing. On odd months the Open Mic takes the same slot, so there is a stage every month.

What the night is actually like.

Same room and same stage as the open mic, run at a different tempo. People play what they have been building with their instructor, and the evening sits somewhere between a performance and a get-together. It suits a first time in front of people, and it suits the player who wants to try a new song on a real audience before committing to it.

No audition, no cover charge for members. Slots are claimed through the ticket link on the date you want. The studio is adults only, and every T line reaches us: the Red and Orange at Downtown Crossing, the Green at Park Street, the Blue at State.

Not playing yet? Most people start with the $100 Intro Week, which applies toward a membership or a lesson pack if you continue. See adult singing lessons in Boston or adult guitar lessons in Boston.
