Triin is a versatile musician and educator with a rich background in both performance and instruction. Originally from Estonia and now based in Boston, she brings a unique blend of experiences to her teaching. After earning bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology and completing a one-year introductory course in music therapy, she followed her deep passion for music by pursuing a diploma in jazz piano performance. She enjoys exploring multiple roles in music—composer, arranger, producer, vocalist, pianist, and teacher—and welcomes new creative challenges with curiosity. She especially loves composing, singing in vocal ensembles, and accompanying students of all ages and backgrounds on their own musical journeys. Triin has been teaching piano since 2018. She has experience working in private settings, music schools, and as a peer tutor for Core Music classes at Berklee. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating a safe, accepting, and joyful learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore and experiment.
